Tourism with Business – Level 5
With the development of, and continued investment in established tourist initiatives, such as the Shannon Blueway, Southern Waterways Trail, Northern Glens Trail and Sliabh an Iarainn, coupled with the existing attractions such as Glencar Waterfalls, Parke’s Castle, Lough Rynn Castle etc, Leitrim has so much to offer tourists.
Locally the Wild Atlantic Way, the Greenway Cycle Project, and the arrival of Centre Parcs to Co. Longford will hopefully result in increased tourism and employment in tourist related areas.
